Last updated October 11, 2026. 46/60 Academy is built for young athletes ages 7–12. Parents or legal guardians—not children—should submit forms, request enrollment, and manage communication with us.
Who we are
46/60 Academy is a youth baseball and softball program of Athletic Hitting Development, run by Coach Billy Kehoe. Both are businesses of Hitting Universe, LLC, an Arizona company ("we", "us").
Information we may receive
- Parent or guardian name and email, plus the information needed to answer an inquiry or arrange a service.
- A player’s age range, sport, training interest, and first name or initials only when a parent chooses to provide it.
- Coaching questions and a private video link or short clip when a parent requests feedback.
- Technical information needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, and understand site performance.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to a parent, provide or improve the requested service, protect families and the site, and meet applicable legal, accounting, or safety obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing directly to children.
Photos, video, stories, and testimonials
We do not publicly share a recognizable child’s image, video, name, story, or testimonial without separate written parent permission. Sending a clip for private coaching feedback does not grant public or promotional permission. Use our Parent Media & Testimonial Permission form only when you want to consider that separate permission.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, to operate the service, and to meet legal, accounting, or safety obligations. A parent or guardian may ask about, correct, or request deletion of their family’s information through the Parent Support & Privacy Request form. Some limited records may need to be retained when required by law or to resolve a safety, fraud, or payment matter.
Children under 13
46/60 Academy is for parents, guardians and coaches of young players. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. Every form on this site asks the adult to confirm they are a parent, guardian or authorized adult. If you believe a child sent us information without a parent, tell us through Parent Support or at support@athletichitting.com and we will delete it.
Services we use
Only the providers that run the site, and only what they need: Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions; Stripe processes any payment you make (we never see card numbers); Anthropic powers the “Ask 46/60” assistant, so a question typed there is sent to Anthropic to write the answer. Please don’t type a child’s full name, school or other private details into the assistant. Parents who buy a course create a parent account (email and password) through Supabase, the same sign-in system Athletic Hitting Development uses; we keep that email and which courses it owns. No account is ever made for a child. Course progress and Clubhouse activity are saved on your own device, not on our servers. We do not use advertising trackers.
Safety and third parties
Parents should supervise a child’s use of 46/60 Academy. If a parent shares a video through another service, that service’s privacy terms also apply. Read our Parent-First Safety guidance before training.
This policy is a plain-language summary and does not replace the terms of a signed enrollment, waiver, or other agreement where applicable.
