Last updated October 11, 2026. By using 46/60 Academy, the adult user confirms they are at least 18 and are a parent, legal guardian, coach, or other adult authorized to support the young player.
46/60 Academy is a program of Athletic Hitting Development, a business of Hitting Universe, LLC, an Arizona company. These terms are an agreement between the adult user and Hitting Universe, LLC.
Educational training, not medical advice
46/60 Academy provides general baseball and softball education. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for qualified coaches, medical professionals, or league rules. Stop immediately if anything hurts, feels unsafe, or causes dizziness; seek appropriate qualified help before continuing.
Adult supervision
An adult is responsible for selecting safe activities, equipment, space, intensity, and supervision for the child. Follow local league, facility, and coach requirements. The program does not promise playing time, roster placement, scholarships, specific statistics, or injury prevention.
Family access and content
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, purchased or provided content is licensed for the enrolled household or agreed team only. Do not copy, resell, publicly post, share credentials, or redistribute the lessons, video, worksheets, or other program materials.
Respectful participation
Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content. Do not use a child’s personal details where they are not needed. We may limit access or decline a request to protect participants, staff, or the service.
Purchases and changes
Purchase details and access terms will be shown before payment. Our current family approach is explained in the Make-It-Right Promise. We may update these terms as the service develops; material updates will be posted here with an updated date.
Questions about these terms, your family’s data, or a purchase can be sent through Parent Support & Privacy Request, by email to support@athletichitting.com, or by mail to Hitting Universe, LLC, 5904 N. 83rd St., Scottsdale, AZ 85250.
