Last updated October 11, 2026. We are here for kids. If an adult purchaser is not satisfied with a 46/60 Academy course, ask within 30 days of purchase through Parent Support or at support@athletichitting.com and we will refund it in full. Tell us what didn’t work—we read every answer.
Camps and in-person lessons are scheduled individually; their rescheduling and refund terms are confirmed in writing when you book. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually post within 5–10 business days.
How to ask for help
Please include the purchaser’s name and email, the course or service, the enrollment date if known, and what did not work. We will respond to the adult who made the request. Do not include unnecessary child information.
What this promise does not mean
Training results vary with age, effort, health, coaching, opportunity, and many other factors. We do not promise playing time, scholarships, roster spots, specific stats, or injury prevention. We may require reasonable verification of purchase before issuing a refund, and any program-specific written offer shown at checkout controls if it conflicts with this page.
