Train the eyes and the choice.
A better swing starts with seeing the ball. Learn where to look, follow the flight, know a comfortable zone, and choose when to swing.

0412UOne skill today.
More confidence tomorrow.
For players who swing at tough pitches, lose sight of the ball, or want to make calmer decisions at the plate.
Each day names the skill, gives a short supervised practice game, and ends with a takeaway and exit check. Progress counts focused tries and smart decisions as well as results.
Count good takes as wins. Young players do not need to name every advanced pitch.
