Questions from 10U coaches
What should a 10U baseball team practice most?
A balanced mix of throwing, fielding, receiving, running and simple situations works well. Adjust based on the team’s current needs and available coaches.
Can I print this practice plan?
Yes. Use the browser print button, or open the Coach’s Clipboard to customize the sport, duration and skill focus.
How do I adapt this for fastpitch softball?
Use a softball-sized field and ball appropriate for your division, a fastpitch-specific throwing and pitching coach, and your league’s rules. The softball practice guide offers an adapted example.
