Four weeks. One clear skill goal.
Every course contains 16 guided sessions over four weeks. The other days are optional light repetition, games or recovery. Each child progresses at their own pace.
- Choose a skill and finish the free beginner lessons.
- Learn one idea in each Level 2 session.
- Practice with an adult, then record a simple skill challenge.
- Retest and choose the next useful development focus.

46/60 Academy builds the complete young baseball or softball player. When a hitter is ready for deeper swing development, strength and explosiveness, pitch recognition or mental training, progress to AHD's specialist programs. AHD is not a Level 3 pitching, catching or fielding academy.
