46/60 HITTING GAME

Contact Point!

Where should you hit the ball? Inside pitches get hit out front. Middle pitches get hit by your front foot. Outside pitches get hit a little later. Pick the spot and watch where the ball goes!

Contact Point!

See where the pitch is, then pick where to hit it.

Parent questions

What does this teach?

Where to hit the ball for each pitch location. Hitting the inside pitch out front and the outside pitch a little later is one of the first things good hitters learn.

How do we practice it at home?

Use a tee. Put it out front for an inside pitch, by the front foot for a middle pitch, and back by the belly button for an outside pitch.

Is it free and safe?

Yes. No sign-up, nothing is shared, and scores stay on your device.

About Contact Point!

What it trains

Where to meet the ball: inside pitches out front, outside pitches a little deeper, and how contact point changes where the ball goes.

Ages 7–12, baseball and softball. Great after tee work.

How to help at home

  • Move the batting tee to match each spot in the game.
  • Ask “where did that one go, and why?” after a few swings.
  • Celebrate hits up the middle first.
